Raw Dinner, Stuffed Baby Portabello Mushrooms

Raw Dinner, Stuffed Baby Portabello Mushrooms

I don’t eat mushrooms. It looks pretty and fancy.  It looks like something you would pay a high dollar for in some fancy restaurant. Stuffed Baby Portabello Mushrooms.

We scooped out the weird insides from the baby portabello mushrooms and stuffed it with mashed avocado, sprinkled with lemon juice, sea salt and then topped with chopped onion, diced tomato, romaine lettuce and sprouts.

I tasted it.  I don’t like mushrooms.  I tasted it again, I really don’t like mushrooms. The stuff I stuffed inside the mushrooms was delish though.

My baby portabello mushrooms made really cute little bowls to eat my dinner from.

It’s better if you cook the mushrooms. LOL I happen to love mushrooms. I eat them with everything.

I really don’t like mushrooms either and they sure do not like me with my allergies but this looks awesome! Chef Ramsey would be impressed with your presentation 🙂
