As the cold weather sets in, my pain gets worse and a little bit of depression sets in. Depression that has to be kept at bay or it could spiral out of control. Being in pain all the time is a big cause of serious depression in a ton of people. You have to keep your head straight so you don’t sink. Be positive! Make Changes! Live life!
That last one is a huge one. Get the negative things and people out!

Love this post Brandy! My depression isn’t from pain but it does get worse in the winter so I understand your struggle in that way. I hope this winter is a good one for you and please know that I am always here to talk. (((hugs)))
Very truly said! I like all the positive thoughts here today. The key is to let go. let go of the things that are not in your control and take control of the things that you can change then you will never have to regret a missed moment or lost time.
