Happy Father’s Day!

06.19.2011 by Girl on Fire // Leave a Comment

I hope to all of you that have fathers, husbands and children take time today to tell them how important they are to you and to let them know you love them.

I am so grateful to have my dad.  Even though he lives very far away (he needs to get his butt to Texas!) I hope that he knows how much we love him.  I’m thankful that I have parents that are still married.  It’s pretty awesome considering most people my age have parents that are divorced.

I also very grateful for Jeremy.  He is an awesome father to our three girls.  He does so much with them, so uch more than most men I know.  We have been through a lot and we just keep growing stronger.  We may not be rich, but we have a lot of love and happiness.

I thank God for bring Jeremy into my life.  Being in different states and all, we were put in each others path numerous times.  It’s crazy to look back and see how this was all meant to be.  It was a total plan from the beginning.
