101 in 1001 Update!

12.25.2012 by Girl on Fire // 3 Comments

Last December I wrote a post called 101 in 1001.  I challenged myself to 101 challenges to complete in 1001 days.

My start date was: Sunday, January 1st 2012

My end date is: Sunday, September 28, 2014

I still have some time, but with the way this year flew by I need to step up my game!

So today I went through and marked some things off that I had completed.  There are things I have been doing, but some of those require doing them for the duration of the challenge, so I couldn’t mark through those ones.  I have a few I want to focus on completing right now.

The challenges I am focusing on completing right now are:

#2 See a new neurologist (the sooner the better)

#6 Quit smoking completely

#8 Declutter my bedroom (I’m almost done with this!)

#12 Lose 20 lbs (which is really only losing 10 more lbs since I did the 10 already)

#21 Declutter the office

#22 Restock my Etsy, it’s been empty for years

#23 Drink 64 ounces of water per day for a complete month {and then continue}

#29 Get a second DSLR

#40 Move

#47 Go to bed by 11 pm on weekdays for a week straight

#71 Write a list of 50 things I like about myself

#77 Help  a friend start a blog

#82 Fast for 1 day

#89 Start another business

#95 Go a full month without spending any money except bills and groceries

#98 Do a photo shoot (for free) that makes someone feel awesome about themselves, maybe an ill child or teen?

Well, that is quite a list!!  But I am determined and these are the tasks I will focus on for the first part of the year.  If you decide to do your own 101 in 1001, please let me know!!!  I would love to read your list and help cheer you on!

Let’s make 2013 fantastic!

Ugh, it is SUCH a great idea, but I’m terrified of failing myself! 🙁
