WWE Announces Partnership with Texas Lottery

With WrestleMania 32 a little over five months away from coming to the AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas, the Chief Branding Officer for WWE Stephanie McMahon, made a special announcement before the Monday Night Raw on October 19th that they will be partnering up with the Texas Lottery.

“We are excited about this opportunity and believe this partnership will be an asset in generating revenue for Texas education.” – Gary Grief, Executive Director of the Texas Lottery.

The new scratch off will give fans the opportunity to win more than $10 million in prizes, with a grand prize of $25,000. All revenue will go to supporting Texas public schools.

But what makes this lottery ticket any different from the ones we see every day? Why would a WWE fan want to choose the brand new WrestleMania ticket over any other $2 ticket? Well, luckily, Gary Grief has that answer.

“The excitement comes with the unforgettable once-in-a-lifetime experiences that WWE and Texas Lottery fans can win when they enter their non-winning tickets for a second chance drawing.”

“We’re going to have four drawings. These prizes that they could win, these are very very special. We have replica WWE Heavy Weight Championship Belts, we have VIP tickets to WrestleMania for two, including a behind the scenes dinner, autograph sessions, chance to get photos with the stars of the WWE, and the icing on the cake, is a trip to Orlando, Florida to the WWE training facility, NXT. The winners will be able to go behind the scenes. They will get to experience live matches and meet some of the up-and-coming stars. We will have a special live event where they would be able to participate and all the airfare and accommodations will be taken care of by the Texas lottery and our friends at the WWE”

So before you go ahead and decided to throw away your unlucky lottery ticket. Enter yourself into their second-chance drawing. Yes, anyone would love to win that $25,000 grand prize, but, who wouldn’t want to also win all the great prizes that are offered in the second-chance drawings.

There will be a total of five brand new WrestleMania scratch-off tickets featuring WWE Superstars and Divas including: John Cena, Seth Rollins, The Undertaker, Brock Lesnar, Roman Reigns, The Bella Twins and Paige.  The new tickets go on sale November 16th and the tickets to WrestleMania will be available on November 6th.
