We were never a gaming family until we got a Wii. I love all the active games that are available for it. The games my girls love to play the most are the Just Dance games. I have a ton of videos on my instagram of them getting down! We just got to check out the new Just Dance Kids 2014 and wow, what a change! All of the great features are there, but it has some improved graphics, menu as well as easier for younger kids.
I took a video of Emma playing it for the first time. The songs were new to her so she is going slow. Thing is, once she learns them, that kid can move! Check her out!
We love the Just Dance Kids 2014 because it is fun that gets you moving. The kids think it is is hilarious to watch me try to get down with my bad self! So you get a whole lot out of this “video game”. You get fun for the entire family (have you ever had your husband play?), laughter and exercise! I promise this is for more than just the kids! I do have to say it is somewhat easier than the Just Dance 3 that we have, but it is supposed to be’…This is Just Dance Kids.
You get some choices which makes this ideal for the whole family. The older kids can pick the pop songs like Demi Lovato, One DIrection, The VIctorious Cast, etc. Younger kids have choices like Yo Gabba Gabba!, The Wiggles and more! Now there is also an all ages section that is for us parents as well as the kids. Now you are talking songs I know….Footloose, Hit Me WIth Your Best Shot, Walking on SUnshine and many others that you will catch yourself singing along to. YOu can play by yourself, or up to 4 people. It also has some other game features like the Balloon-Pop mode. We have not tried that part out yet because we really just got the game a few days ago.
Your kids honestly won’t even notice that they are exercising! It is something you can feel good about letting them play. They will not just be sitting looking mindlessly at the television….ugh….we don’t allow that here haha! Well not much anyhow, sometimes you just need a good veg out!
This is a great one to put under the tree this Christmas! Talk about a Christmas morning party! Woohoo! The price is affordable which makes this a great gift option for birthdays as well! My girls have only had this a few days and have already played it several times. I don’t think it will be leaving the Wii anytime soon! This game is rated E for Everyone!
