Chef Samford cures his own bacon in-house! Mmmmm Bacon! I think Bacon is going to be the one thing I will not be able to ever give up! I love it! They use a pecan wood burning pizza oven! You can even get toppings like goat cheese, arugula and raisins! Sounds like you can get some amazing and unique combinations to suit anyone’s taste! They have a great wine list and a full bar!
