I love, love, love vintage cameras. I don’t even care if they work or not. I like the way the look, I like to think about the history they may have captured. Who owned it before me?
I have been lucky to find some while hunting at local thrift stores. One even came with the owners manual where the person who had purchased it had written the year and place they bought the camera at. How cool is that?
They have a lot of character!! Actually all things vintage have this same appeal for me. I even found a vintage pair of roller skates! You know the oldschool metal ones that you strapped over your shoe? They even have metal wheels!! I’ll post a photo of them later.
For now though, enjoy this gorgeous bit of history…
I also wanted to share a photo of Morgan with one of the horses from Horse Camp, where she volunteers. Last Saturday was the last day.

Vintage cameras are beauties in my mind! I think it’s fascinating to see how they’ve evolved.
That’s a great pic of your daughter at horse camp. The pic looks like it has a vintage feel to it. 🙂
I love vintage cameras too! The shot of your daughter is wonderful–it looks like a great place to volunteer!
What a gorgeous vintage camera! Hope Morgan had fun even if it was the last day.
that camera is so cool! My grandma had one I always played with as a child, but it no longer worked.
That’s so cool she gets to work with horses. I love horses, but I found out through allergy testing that I’m VERY allergic to them.
That camera is NEAT!
Great pics! How fun that Morgan volunteers to help with the horses.
I love vintage cameras too! I have a 1948 Polaroid Land Camera Model 95 that is superb. I display it in my Chinet Cabinet.
Great picture of Morgan!
Horses are amazing to work with. They teach you peace and you can really create an amazing connection with them.
