Yesterday I attended a cooking event with one of my favorite brands! Wholly Salsa and Guacamole! Yum! Some of my favorite local bloggers were there so it was nice to see them all again. The Wholly people are super awesome and a lot of fun! I have a lot more to tell you about this event, including some great recipes. What I was able to try was amazing! I’m allergic to shellfish, so there were a few dishes that included shrimp that I could not try, but I could tell by the looks on the faces of the people that did try it, that it had to have been amazing!
My team made Roasted Tomato, Goat Cheese and Feta Bruschetta. Honestly, I was a little nervous about the goat cheese…not sure why…totally psychological. I mean really…what’s the difference from one animal cheese to the other?
So even though I knew the dairy would make me ill later, I ate it. It was fantastic! Looks how pretty it looks too!
Recipe will be posted soon!

That looks delicious. Makes me want to lick the screen 😉
Yum! I love appetizers like this. However, I always forget to to make them when I have events. Whenever I go to someone’s home that has something similar they are a HUGE hit. I need to remember these!! 🙂

Goat cheese is my ultimate favourite thing! And I honestly didn’t know it was considered a dairy product. I’m glad you gave it a try though!!

Yum! It looks amazing!
It was very good!! I think if I make it at home I will do feta and cream cheese instead of goats cheese.
That looks scrumptious!!! I can’t wait for the recipe. 🙂
