Wordless Wednesday

10.27.2010 by Girl on Fire // 3 Comments

My middle daughter Lauren, age 6, is an amazing little artist!  She will draw all day long if you let her.  Everything come right out of her head.  She can recreate something on paper that she seen last week just from memory.  She totally pays attention to detail too.

When I was little I was just like her.  I loved pens and paper and that is how Lauren is.  That girl can run an ink pen out fast.  I need to buy stock in paper…I have got her doing a lot on a dry erase board now so that she isn’t going through the paper so fast.  I think she needs a huge one though!  That would make her super happy!

If anyone ever wants to get gifts for Lauren I simply tell them art supplies!  Crayons, Paper, Pens, Pencils, glue, Paint, Modge Podge, etc etc….

Anything she can create something with will make her happy.

These images in the photo below are part of the Halloween decor she made for Morgan’s lil Halloween Party last weekend.

Didn’t she do a great job?  Future Tattoo Artist maybe????  Following in her mommy’s steps….
