I love that summer is winding down. The days are so much more pleasant and you an actually do stuff outside…in the middle of the day even!! Last night we even took a long family walk, it was wonderful!
We spend a lot of time in the front yard. We have an awesome front yard with the softest grass ever. The lawn was filled with stickers at our last house and we couldn’t do things like lie in the grass.

Those are beautiful photos!! I love sitting on the lawn relaxing too 🙂
Love the lighting and filtering, really makes it feel timeless…
Wonderful photos! They are the perfect moments of summer captured!
Oh wow…love the pictures. The sprinkler picture reminds me of being a little girl and doing the same thing. Fun memories!
those are some great shots!
Forget our lawn it’s horrible. I bet a whole bunch more lawns will be traded in for rock around here.
They are going to be upping the water/sewer costs 15% a each year through 2016 to pay for some water access thingy that really isn’t going to help our community, but in fact be taking water out of our reservoir to give to another community. It sucks that we are
having to pay for them to get our water. They have to foot some of the bill too, but shouldn’t they be having to foot it all?
Doesn’t make sense to me. Plus we are a growing community and I
think we should keep our reserves here for this community so we don’t run out ourselves.
This is of particular concern to me because we are one of the top five states that is suppose to have a major drought before 2015.
We lost our yard totally in the last drought because of the water
restrictions, and that’s when we rocked in our front lawn. I bet
with all of this we may lose our back lawn, or not be able to afford the water for it.
Drag.
I’m so glad you have a pretty lawn you can enjoy. I miss it.
I always love the shots of your girls & what filter (is that what it is called) you use to age them! it reminds me of when I was a little girl & did the same thing, eons ago! LOL!!
