What to Have for Christmas Dinner When Your Refrigerator Dies….

12.23.2012 by Girl on Fire // 2 Comments

Yep, true story.  We had a day of things breaking and one of those things was our refrigerator.  It went peacefully in the night.  It was 10.  I had to throw everything away.

So now we will have a shelf stable Christmas dinner.  Most likely Spaghetti…

But, things could be worse.  We will make the best of it!!

I keep forgetting you are in Texas… and have heat there still…. I am so sorry that happened but spaghetti is good too and you have each other!

Now, if you lived up here in the north you could have stored it in an unheated area- our only advantage is we have a deep freeze on our porches naturally!

Hoping you all have a Merry Christmas and 2013 brings a nice quiet year for you.

I was born and raised in Michigan. We used to get snowed in all the time. We have also used enclosed porches for food storage hahaha!!! Merry Christmas Ellen! 🙂
