I’ve been talking to a lot of people lately about Weight Watchers. It truly seems to make a difference for people, I think it could be beneficial to me. It’s not that I overeat, but I think I choose the wrong combination of foods. I think I am consuming too many empty calories. I’m not gaining weight, I tend to be stuck in the same place fluctuating down and then back to this weight over and over.
Weight Watchers has been around for over 40 years, so they must be doing something right! I’m sure the majority of you know that Weight Watchers is a diet that is based on a point-system that counts and keeps track of the food you eat each day. You can earn bonus points for making good healthy choices, like the exercise you do in a day. This sounds so much more simple than counting carbs, calories, fat, etc…. I don’t have time for all that mess. I am a busy woman. I think I am one of the busiest women I know to be honest. Easy would equal success!
There happens to be a new Weight Watchers plan called the Weight Watchers Momentum System. I found a lot of great info at that link and it sounds like something that I may try. I truly think that participating in a Weight Watchers program would help me retrain my body and brain on my eating habits.
