We Had a Pirates of the Caribbean on Stranger Tides Party!

I am a bit late on posting this!  We had our party on the Friday before Halloween and then everything got CRAZY!  I have the photos all over my flickr, but I hadn’t had a chance to sit down and tell you about it over here.

We love Captain Jack Sparrow!  Johnny Depp has been my favorite actor since always.  He can pull anything off…there was just that one movie that didn’t really work, but I won’t go there today.  Instead let me share some photos with you!

It all started with some Treasure Chest decorating!

It was pretty funny because Morgan thought her friends would totally think this was “uncool“.  So the little ones and Morgan decorated theirs while we waited for the teenagers to arrive.  Guess what? They wanted one too! So they decorated before we got going on other things!

There was some crazy pirate time dress up, everyone was laughing!

Next we headed outside for the Pinata! Talk about fun!  We started off with blindfolded children.  By the end of it there were no more blindfolds….just fierce beating of a treasure chest with a Nerf bat.

They had a great time!  Next we headed back in with the candy treasures to check out the awesome cupcakes that Morgan made for the party! Yes those are totally red glitter skulls! mmmmhmmmmm!

We whipped up some yummy queso with some chips and dived into the movie.

Film Synopsis:

Directed by Rob Marshall, it’s filled with eye-popping battle scenes, mystery and all-out wit.

It was awesome because I was able to send each of our guests home with a DVD/Blu-ray of Pirates of the Caribbean on Stranger Tides! They were so stoked to take it home and watch it again with their families!

Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides was just as great as all the other Pirates of the Caribbean movies! I have yet to be disappointed!  The stories are fun and exciting, jam packed with action, comedy and so much more!  The filming is beyond amazing.  My entire family has already enjoyed watching this movie a few times more since the party! I think we will need to have a marathon and watch all of them back to back soon!

I think this would be a great movie to put under the tree this year!
