Update on RSD and Breast Issues

12.07.2015 by Girl on Fire // Leave a Comment

A few weeks ago I had my appointment for a breast mammogram and ultrasound.  I have been having a lot of pain and even a fluid.  This appointment was recommended by the ER to check some lumps and possibly breast infection.  The pain is horrible, the deep pain that I have in my arms and legs from my RSD.

So I had my appointment, it went surprisingly well.  The doctor who examined me actually knew what RSD was!  They were as gentle as they could possibly be and I am so thankful for that because I hurt.

The lumps were what I thought, fibroids.  I was diagnosed with fibroids as a teenager.  The fluid, most likely due to hormones, so I need to have my doctor test me to check for hormone imbalance.  The pain?  The pain is as I feared, RSD just getting worse.  Nothing I can really do about it, but thankfully it was not anything to signify cancer.

Thanks for all of your thoughts and prayers.
