Unacceptable Pet Transport…

12.22.2012 by Girl on Fire // 5 Comments

I had to go out for a few minutes today.  I was parked in a parking lot facing the road.   I heard a bang and a scrape, so I turn my head and look.  I notice a car with some sort of ledge attachment on the back and it had bottomed out as they pulled on to the busy street.

On this little ledge thing was a pet carrier, surely an empty one I thought.  They pulled onto the street and were stopped at the light, this put them right in front of me…I saw the dog.  A dog in a crate, bungee corded to the back of this car.  What in the heck are they thinking?  I was so angry and watched helplessly as they turned on to the service road to get on the freeway….

If you know this person, please tell them I said they suck…

These people do suck. That has to be illegal. That dog is going to be traumatized.

I hope they get stopped by the police or highway patrol- then they can try and ‘explain’ it. Some people are complete goobers when it comes to having common sense.

RV Living!

You know, right now I would gladly sell, give and store all of our possessions and move into an RV.  What an experience that would be!  The kids could see so much and we could really learn a lot while traveling.  Imagine the people we would meet! My parents are tossing around the idea of […]
