Wow, wow, wow! What a weekend!! I am finally home from New York! It was an amazing, fun filled, exciting weekend! Thank you so much to Mr. Disney Mommy Blogger (AKA Marshall) for choosing me to attend this fun event with so many great women!
The Tribeca Film Festival screening of Marvel’s, The Avengers was the highlight of the trip!
This was the closing night at the Tribeca Film Festival in New York. This night they were honoring local heroes at the screening of Marvel’s The Avengers.
Tons of people were there! Even one of my favorites… Michael J. Fox!
I know it sounds a little goofy, but I was so excited when I seen the top of his head. I am normally not the one to be star struck…but this is Michael J. Fox! Teen Wolf! An amazingly talented actor!
The crowds were insane and everyone wanted a piece of the Super Heroes on hand! It was great to see them all take the time to interact with the fans by signing autographs and taking photos.
I was hoping to see Stan Lee…I don’t think he was there though. But, look who else was there…
It was nice to see some of the First Responders to 911 treated as stars themselves!
After watching the Red Carpet action with the Press we headed into the theater to take our seats. The film was introduced by Jane Rosenthal who then introduced the cast that was in attendance.
Robert Downey Jr. spoke for the rest of the cast in honoring the local heroes that were in attendance. The local heroes received an amazing standing ovation! It was a very touching experience to see them recognized at this Super Hero event!
What an amazing night for us all! I have so much more to tell you! Interviews with Tom Tom Hiddleston and Cobie Smulders, Review of Marvel’s The Avengers, People Like Us, The Odd Life of Timothy Green, Adventures in New York, Even a Squirrel attack! Also, as always….tons of photos!
I hope you will come back and read all about my New York adventures! Also, join in and follow the conversations on twitter with the following Hash Tags: #TheAvengersEvent, #LokisLadies and #TeamLoki!
