Harry Potter hasn’t gone out of style! I doubt that he will anytime soon. Harry Potter books are enjoyed by children and adults of all ages!
I have some fun information to share with you! Be sure to read all the way through for all your chances to win!
Scholastic has launched a Sweepstakes to WIN one of four family trips to Universal Orlando Resort’s The Wizarding World of Harry Potter!
If you live in the U.S. and you know a child ages 7-14, they can enter The Real Magic of Harry Potter sweepstakes! This is for a chance to win one of four family trips to the new Universal Orlando Resort’s The Wizarding World of Harry Potter, which will open this spring. You have until June 1st, 2010 to enter! You can visit the official Harry Potter Scholastic website for more information!

Be sure to also follow Scholastic on Twitter @Scholastic! You can get in on the conversations by searching the hashtag #harrypotter. You can also find the latest on Harry Potter news and giveaways during this campaign by visiting the On Our Minds @ Scholastic blog.
Also, through the month of April at participating retailers you can buy a copy of any Harry Potter paperback and get the second copy at half price! What a great deal!
Instilling a love of reading in our children is one of the best things we can do as parents! I tell my kids that as long as they can read they can learn and do anything! Books like Harry Potter have a way of pulling you into the story and you have got to keep reading…it becomes a good addiction! My family is very big on books and reading. We visit the library atleast twice a week. Morgan didn’t always love to read, now she devours books daily! Turn off the T.V. and start reading!
We were thrilled to receive the box set of Harry Potter Books. They will be enjoyed over and over by my family as the years pass. I have read some of the books and can not wait to finish the series! Books like this can turn any non-reader into a lover of books!
The Giveaway!
The Harry Potter giveaway is open to participants with a United States mailing address only (international readers can enter if they have a friend in the States who can accept their prizes by mail.)

My oldest son is now 20 but there was nothing better than going in the middle of the night to wait in line for a book – what a way to fire that love of reading! Still reading them aloud to my nine year old! I’ve read the whole series with each of my five kids – never loses it’s charm!
Gosh. Probably one of my favorites would have to be “Where the Heart is”

I loved “Where the Wild Things Are” as a child….now as an adult, I enjoyed the Twilight series with my daughter. We both missed out on Harry Potter mania the first time around and I’d love to see what all the hype was about. I have a feeling I really missed the boat on Harry Potter.
