The Kia Sorento, a Perfect Fit! #kia

01.08.2013 by Girl on Fire // 6 Comments

I drive a Suburban.  It’s big, fits a bunch of kids and hogs a lot of gas.  When Kia asked me if I would like to drive the Kia Sorento I was in to it…but doubted that it would be as roomy as they make it out to be.  Once again, I was wrong.  The Sorento has a TON of room in it!Kia Sorento

I could not believe how much room was in this car!  It doesn’t take up nearly the amount of room that the Suburban does, but it can seat 7 people!  This is of course with the 3rd row seating engaged.  Without the 3rd row seating you can comfortably fit 5 people, which just happens to be the size we need.  I loved knowing that 3rd row seating could be engaged when needed though.

When the 3rd row seating is not in use, you can simply fold it back down and have a huge trunk area.  I was impressed at how easily you could raise and lower the 3rd row of seats.  I do not have much arm strength due to my RSD and I had NO problems doing this on my own.

Comparing this to my Suburban, I would have to say I like the Kia Sorento better.  I still have plenty of room, still have 4 wheel drive and can zoom around much better in it…meaning it’s a bit easier to pull out in to traffic as well as park.

It has all the features that I have fallen in love with on the Kia’s.  Heated seats, satellite radio, sun roof, plenty of leg room, it’s just loaded!  I would love to have this car to tote my family here and there!

As with the Optima, I had neighbors coming out to admire the car.  People are in such shock at how great looking these Kia cars are!  The prices are right if you are looking for a new car and I would have to say this one has been my favorite so far!  Thanks Kia for letting me check out the Sorento!

Next up…the Sportage!

Brandy, I knew you would love the Kia Sorento! 🙂 I have had owned two and will own a third when the time comes. They really are roomy and have awesome features! The third row seating and the ease of whizzing into parking spots and traffic are also my favorite features. All around the Kia Sorento is just awesome…in my books! Can’t wait to hear what you think about the Kia Sportage.

Such a cute car! I love all the room you can get when that third row is tucked away.

Merry Christmas and the Wii Kicked my Ass…

For Christmas my parents bought the family a Wii!  Rad!  I bought Wii Fit Plus with Balance Board to put under the tree to go along with it.  The Wii we got had the Wii Sports and a lot of fun stuff.  The Wii fit seems to give me a better workout that Curves did.  […]
