As of April 13th, 2011 the Houston area Krogers will no longer double or triple coupons!  That sucks and I hope this isn’t going to be a spreading trend!   The official new coupon policy has yet to be released, but Kroger has announced the change Greater Houston area Kroger coupon policy change.
