Still Shopping for Halloween Costumes!

09.12.2011 by Girl on Fire // 2 Comments

So far we have Lauren’s costume, she wanted to be a fairy and we found a great fairy costume.  You may have seen the fun photos we took of her wearing it.  But, I have 2 more girls to get halloween costumes for!

We want to have super fun costumes this year!  Emma would love a halloween fancy dress!  She would really go for being a princess or a fairy as well.  I was thinking something like something from Alice in Wonderland.  Either the Queen of Hearts or Alice herself.  Emma did mention wanting to be Snow White.  I think she just wants to have an apple on hand because she is a freak about Apples.  I bet it would be gone before we hit the 2nd house on our street!  A Fairy Godmother type costume would be super cute on her as well. Who am I kidding…my girls could make a zombie look cute!

Morgan will need to shop the ladies halloween costumes this year.  She is no longer a little girl!  I have to constantly remind people how young she is.  Even the neighbor boy across the street has had to have a few reminders.  I’ll have to keep my eye on him!

I think Morgan wants to be a zombie!  We came across this awesome zombie costume and think it would be so fun!  Check out her eyes!  I had no idea that you could get those contacts to wear with the  costume!  Isn’t that awesome?  Or maybe a zombie prom queen?  Anything zombie is totally scary to me and just screams Halloween!

Every year I say I want to have a dress up Halloween party!  I never have pulled it off though.  One year we came close and some people came dressed up, but most did not.  Lame-o! Maybe I can try again this year, I don’t have very many friends to invite though, so maybe everyone would show up in costume?

I want to be a zombie!  I bet I could get Jeremy to dress up like Jason.  Ok, Emma just seen a ladies Daphne costume and says she wants to be Daphne for Halloween from Scooby Doo…too funny.  Well, whatever they choose will be great!  I can’t even tell you how many times the girls have chosen to be punk rockers!

So, tell me…what are your children going to be this Halloween?  What about you?  Do you dress up too?  If so, what will you be dressing up as this year?

Liv went from wanting to be Tinkerbell to being Daphne– she’s been insisting I get a Daphne costume. How funny is that!?

Oh- and yes, I try to dress up every year. I haven’t decided what I want to be this year. Maybe an escapee from a psych ward. I can wear Sei’s hospital gown from his accident…
