My name is Shannon, my main blog is Shannon Blogs Here, and my other blog about my son, Tristan, is God Gave Me You.

Tristan was born at 28 weeks on 4-20-07, that was 12 weeks too soon. Tristan spent 5 long months in the NICU at ETCH. He weighed 1lb and 5.8oz and 12 inches long.

If you visit his blog, God Gave Me You, you can read all about his past complications, and what all we have endured. That’s why the March of Dimes is very dear to my heart. I will be in the March for Babies walk which will be held May 2, 2009 at the Bissell Park (Oak Ridge Civic Center) at 9:00AM. Tristan, my mother, and myself will be there, eager and ready.
