So Far So Good!

08.04.2011 by Girl on Fire // 4 Comments

I’ve lost 8 lbs! 4 lbs of the 8 lbs was within the last few days!  I bet I have lost even more because it’s that time of the month and all.  I have cut a lot of stuff out of my diet.  I am drinking water like mad too!  It seems like the more I drink it, the more I crave it.  I’m a wateraholic.

Craziest part…

I drink MAYBE one cup of coffee a day!  That is insane! I was a 2-3 pot a day girl!  Don’t get me wrong, I still love my coffee, but I don’t have to have it the way I did before.

Changes are happening fast.  It’s just like last time I went very very raw…

Like I said, I’m on my period and my skin is clear!  I always break out when I have my period, not a zit to be found!  Energy levels are up too!  Yesterday I hosted a party for a bunch of little girls (will be blogging about that in a couple of days).  I thought for sure I would be wiped out afterwards, but no…I did not take a nap and all was good!

Normally after I do anything that involves leaving the house (or dealing with a lot going on) I am totally wiped.  No energy and I will fall out hard on the couch.  Right now it’s not so bad.

Sadly, the pain is still there.  I’m not having a horrible time right now, but still a hard time.  We will just have to see what happens.

P.S.  I ate a piece of Bacon today…it was so good.  I love Bacon.  Bacon tastes good…

Sounds like the raw diet is working really well for you. I know it can be costly, ie, like gluten issue, but it is worth it for be able to function more than your norm. Something can always be cut to make you healthier. I want to see that Happy healthy look again in pics 🙂 luv & hugs

I am glad that you’re not suffering the way you used to. You had made a big achievement Brandy, loosing 8lbs requires a lot of work and discipline. It is amazing how water therapy can increase your energy, cleanse your body and provide you with healthy skin. It is unfortunate that a lot of people don’t see these benefits. Keep up the good work and hope you’ll feel better for good.
