Whitney Houston is dead at 48 and it’s no ones fault but her own. I see tons of RIP posts already and people being very sad. You know what makes me sad? When people die that don’t deserve it. When children have horrible disease, when young people have heart attacks, cancer etc. Sorry, I’m not broken hearted over this. If you choose to do that stuff you are basically playing Russian roulette and you know the rules…..
I’m sure a lot of people will be mad about my post and say I am uncaring and not sensitive to others. That is not the case at all. I care about a lot of people. These are my opinions. At this time we are still allowed to have our own opinions. Now, I am sure a lot of you will have different opinions than me and that is fine. You can!

Its sad for her daughter and family, that is who I feel sorry for, because no matter what she did to herself of her own free will – they have had to live through it too.
Speaking as someone who deals with this issue day in and day out because of my grandsons, even death does not ease the pain and hurt they have had to endure.
Oh I now hun! I feel sorry for her family and children as well. They did not choose this. I just can’t get over people praising her just because she was a celebrity! That is what gets me the most. Just like when Michael Jackson died. No one cared that he was a pedophile.
I agree, it is sad that the last part of her life has been wasted by drug abuse. She was a very talented singer and had a beautiful voice. It was a wasted life. I feel sorry that her family had to suffer through all of it. But she chose her life, she suffered the consequences.
I really loved her music when I was little, same with MJ. What’s sad is that she had this amazing gift that other’s would kill for and she just squandered it or whatever. What a waste. It was really sad to see her go downhill… I feel for her daughter and family because they saw the same fall from grace, only up close and personal, not through tabloids. That would just suck.
The only celebrity death I think I’ve ever really been super sad about- considering Idk these people- was Steve Irwin, the Crocodile Hunter. He had such an amazing zest for life, and did so much good with his money, and he had those cute kiddos, and… oh, it still makes me sad. 🙁
It’s like when Michael Jackson died — the day before no one would touch him with a ten-foot pole because he was a child molester. the day he died he was suddenly everyone’s musical inspiration and the King of Pop. WTF? There have been so many tributes to him, even Cirque du Soliel created a whole show about him.
Again, WTF?
Whitney Houston is dead. Was she a tortured soul? Apparently, although I can understand why. Back in the day she was IT. How does that make you all sad and broken inside? She had a well documented addiction and died likely because of it. Now that damn Nancy Grace has latched on and is trying to make it a murder. WTF? SHe was an addict. She died. Probably OD’d. The end.
By the way, when Amy Winehouse died, it was shocking, it was expected. She was young, tortured but had an amazing gift that she squandered away. I was sad for her only because of her age. Whitney was almost 50 and damn well knew better.
