Simple Luxuries, Lotion Bar #Giveaway

Not to long ago I was sent a lotion bar from Simple Luxuries.  I had never tried a lotion bar before and was curious about them.  They are made from some great ingredients like Grapeseed Oil, Shea Butter, Beeswax, and Vitamin E.   Chemical free!  They also come in a cool roll-up container, kind of like a miniature deodorant.  This is cool because there is no mess!  They can’t spill so they work perfect for your purse, or to even carry in your pocket!

The scent of the lotion bar that I received was Pink Sugar, I can not even tell you how much I love this scent!  It is not overpowering at all.  There are other choices as well…

  • Very Vanilla – If you love vanilla this is for you
  • Lavender Patchouli – combines the calming effects of lavender essential oil with the earthy scent of patchouli
  • Pink Sugar – our best seller, sweet with a hint of floral and fruit
  • Forbiddent Fruit – the base of this pomegranate with other berries mixed in, some floral notes and sweetness, very popular
  • Irish Tweed – this is our “manly” scent, very clean and little spicy with undertones of sandalwood
  • Pure – Unscented
  • American Apple Pie – The aroma of fresh cut granny smith apples, smothered in butter, cream, and cinnamon, with a hint of fresh baked crust.
  • Beach Bum – Notes of salty sea spray, seaweed, sun-weathered driftwood, and a hint of water lily
  • Coconut Lime – Cool & refreshing, not too sweet and not too tart
  • Summer Breeze – Nothing beats the smell of fresh, clean laundry
  • Sweet Summer –  Juicy Florida tangerines fused with sweet Georgia peaches with a twist of spiciness
  • Amazingly Grace – Italian bergamot and sparkling lemon are sweetened with freshly picked citron and neroli

I can not wait to try some of the other scents, like Coconut Lime and Forbiddent Fruit!  Or Very Vanilla!

What really made me happy about this product was that my mother could use it.  A lot of things have an overwhelming scent that aggravates her asthma.  This did not do that and she has fallen in love with the lotion bar as well.  Try it yourself!  I bet you love it too!  They make a great gift basket item!

    I would try the Coconut Lime scent. I’ve tried lotion bars from LUSH but don’t really care for the scents I’ve had & the fact that they are not portable. I love that this company packages the lotions so you can take them in your purse. How awesome!
