Sometimes I don’t like the internet, but there are other times that I am literally thanking God that it exists. The convenience of shopping from home has been such a blessing for us. It’s nice to know that I can go online to a place like Walmart.com and order our typical household needs like toilet paper, laundry detergent and many other things that we use around here to keep this household running somewhat smoothly.
Shopping for these basic needs doesn’t have to be a chore. I don’t have to change our plans to make time to get to the store. If we want to go run off on a camping trip we can. If I am in a huge RSD flare I don’t have to worry about how I will drive to the store and then heck, how will I walk around the store. The toilet paper will be delivered right to our door.
Shopping online at Walmart.com is very simple. You can either have it ready to pick up at the store, or have it shipped right to your home. I choose to have it shipped right to the house. With orders over $50 you also get free shipping. So there you are also saving even more since you don’t have to use gas running to the store.
It’s simple to search out your needs. You can just type in the brand you want, or browse the category to find the best deals. You can even still take advantage of those awesome rollbacks! Click add to cart and move on to the next item! I was happy to order some of my favorite P&G items!
When you are finished shopping you can check out. You can choose home delivery or to pick up at our local store.
I am seriously so thankful for these services. Some people may think of them as being for lazy people or what not, but really think about that. People have jobs, illnesses and life’s that they want to live. Isn’t it nice to be able to have these services?
One cool thing I learned recently is that if you use the Site to Store option, you can chose to pay with cash instead of using a card. They also have a smartphone app to make this even more convenient! You can use the app to build a shopping list by scanning items that you use.

It would be convenient to order Bounty paper towels and Charmin toilet paper.
