Sam’s Club Grim Grill Contest! You Could Win a New Grill!

Spring has Sprung and so have the Savings at Sam’s Club! Some of you are following my 365 project and probably seen that yesterdays photo was of our grill!  We fired it up to grill out for dinner, one of our favorite Spring and Summer Activities!  I think this is an American past time as great as baseball!

Well some people pulling out thier grills are faced with a sad site…the grill is looking pretty grim and falling apart!

Sam’s Club wants to see your broken down grills!

It’s part of a new contest they are running called Grim Grill.  Sam’s Club says that if rust is your primary seasoning, then you probably have a grim grill!

Do you have duct tape hinges holding on the cover?  Is your grill propped up with a chair?  Is it off balance?  Does the charcoal fall straight through the holes in the bottom?  If so, then you should rejoice over your Grim Grill and photograph it for a chance to win a Brand New Grill from Sam’s Club!

Entering is extremely easy!

The Grim Grill competition is open to Sam’s Club members as well as non-members.  Submit your stories and photos of your “Grim Grill” and plead your case for why YOU are the most deserving of a new grill from Sam’s Club.

• Upload a picture of your grill. (Entries can be received in story, video or picture form via micro-site.)
• Tell your story.
• Enter to win a NEW grill!

You have until May 10, 2010 at 12:00 PM ET to enter.

At the close of the contest, 10 finalists will be selected.  These 10 finalists will be featured on the Micro-site will for 1 week before the Grand Prize is announced.  The Grand Prize winner will be chosen by the Sam’s Club Blogging Community!  I can tell you that we are super excited to be able to chose the most Grim of the Grills to be the winner!

The Winner will win a new grill from Sam’s Club and a $100 Sam’s Club Gift Card!  The Runner Up will win a $40 Sam’s Club Gift Card!

The est. retail value of the grand prize is $1,400.00, including a Member’s Mark 2 in 1 grill worth $1299 plus one $100 gift card (p.s. the grill is not available online yet, but I’m attaching an image to this post) and there is also a runner-up prize of a smaller grill and gift card, total value of $240! Disclaimer: Sam’s Club has the right to swap out the prize for whatever reason.

Sam’s Club provided me with a $200 gift card for my participation in this campaign from April 26th through May 24th.  All opinions are my own.
