So far this year I have done well in making some healthy changes to my life style. Those changes include more exercise a better diet, a better attitude and adding probiotics back in to my diet. I have taken them before, but sadly it is one of those things that after they were gone I never picked up more. Well now I am back on track with Provella Probiotics.
Some of you may not even know what a probiotic is, and some of you may have been on them yourself for many years. If you don’t know, let me give you a short little run down.
Probiotics are not drugs and they are not vitamins. What they are is live microorganisms, usually bacteria, which may benefit human health. Yes, there is good bacteria and you need to make sure that you have a healthy stash living in you. They normally hang out in your lower gastrointestinal tract and even in your girlie parts. Yes, I’m talking about your vagina ladies. I’m sure you have had a not so pleasant issue atleast once in your life from taking anti-biotics…that was caused because the anti-biotics tend to get a little crazy and kill off your good bacteria as well as the bad bacteria. Provella can help a girl out!
The good bacteris likes to take up residence on your skin, the lining of the gastrointestinal tract, and the tissues that line the vaginal walls. Other things can mess up the balance besides antibiotic use. There are also changes in hormone levels, spermicides and even diet. Probiotics can help even things back out and keep the good guys hanging around to do their job in keeping you healthy.
Not all probiotics are helpful to the needs of women though and this is why you need to check out Provella. You only have to take it once a day and you don’t even have to take it with food.

I’ve heard of probiotics, but I haven’t ever taken them!
I never have personally, but I give my kids Culturelle for Kids (per their pediatrician’s orders) every time they take an antibiotic. Great stuff!
