I am a consumer of smoothies. Everyday I am sure to drink one for extra nutrition. My children love them as well and together we came up with a TruMoo Smoothie!
Have you ever had TruMoo? Be sure to like TruMoo on Facebook and also visit TruMoo for more information on the products that they offer.
I think pretty much everyone likes chocolate…right? We purchased the TruMoo Chocolate Milk for our Smoothie recipe. We also used ripe bananas, coconut oil and peanut butter. We did not add any sugar or artificial sweeteners to our smoothie.
Can you see the excitement?
Here is a photo of everything we used to make our smoothies. One banana per smoothie. One tsp of the coconut cooking oil…we like this kind because it stays liquid and it doesn't taste like coconut. One tbsp of peanut butter. TruMoo chocolate milk and ice then blend!
This is such an easy snack or quick breakfast for myself as well as the children. I feel good about giving it to them and the TruMoo milk made it nice and creamy and the chocolate is an added bonus of course!
My kids love it and I bet yours will too!
TruMoo has other flavors as well, like Strawberry! You could make a Strawberry smoothie with ripe bananas, TruMoo Strawberry milk and ice!
See more great ways to enjoy TruMoo! I look forward to trying all the other TruMoo products!

My kids would love to try the strawberry!
I’m most excited to try chocolate.
I am most interested in trying the chocolate marshmallow variety, which is the only one they make that I haven’t had. I don’t think it is available in my area.
