O.N.E. Coconut Water, The Ultimate Juice Box!

09.11.2011 by Girl on Fire // Leave a Comment

On my Raw foods journey I have really been looking more into what I give my family.  I was thrilled to learn about O.N.E. Coconut Water.  It’s all-natural and all healthy.

I know there are many benefits to drinking coconut water as well as consuming other coconut products like coconut milk and oil.

O.N.E. Coconut Water is made from young green coconuts.  It is packed with all 5 essential electrolytes and more potassium than a banana.

It’s simply real fruit juice mixed with 100% all natural, USDA certified coconut water.

The best thing is that they have half the sugar of other juice boxes. Check out the info below!

Capri Sun – Fruit Punch: 6.75 oz

  • Calories: 100
  • Sugar: 25 grams

Juicy Juice Apple Juice: 6.75 oz

  • Calories: 100
  • Sugar: 22 grams

O.N.E. Kids – Fruit Punch: 6.75 oz

  • Calories: 60
  • Sugar: 13 grams

What my family thought…

My girls loved it!  They were sad that we didn’t have more and even shared the boxes so they could taste each flavor.  I felt good about them drinking it knowing that they were all natural and less sugar.  I’ll definitely be looking for this at my local stores to buy for my family.

You can find O.N.E. Coconut Water at the stores below:

I received samples of O.N.E Coconut Water to facilitate this review.  All opinions are my own.
