So now that I am done nursing I am ready to get back to my old self. Whenever I am nursing I am not the typical drop weight like crazy person. I am the one that holds on to everything. Well the time has come and I am ready. I don’t want any chemical type . I want to do this all natural….I wouldn’t mind some sort of herbal help for energy and burning calories. I do not need any type of thing that makes me not hungry…as it is I have to remind myself to eat. I would like to hear your all natural weight loss tips. Please post them here and share the goodness!
