My Villeroy & Boch Lasagna Dish

12.11.2010 by Girl on Fire // 1 Comment

I have never had a nice set of dishes, let alone nice baking pans.  I was sent a Villeroy & Boch Lasagna Dish to review and now I don’t want to use anything else.

One thing I hate about the pans I already have is how hard they are to clean and quickly they get ugly.  The Villeroy & Boch Lasagna dish is totally different!

First of all, it’s pretty to look at!  The one I have is pictured above and is called French Garden.  The other reasons I love it are plenty…It’s oven safe, dishwasher-safe, microwave-safe and freezer-safe. The main reason is how easy it is to clean!  I have made baked macaroni & cheese as well as lasagna in it.  Usually the baked macaroni & cheese is so hard to clean.  This came right off!  No scrubbing! I’m not even exaggerating!  I didn’t even have to scrub!  That right there is the huge selling point for me!  It has a proprietary glaze that repels baked-on food.   The Lasagna Dish has a MSRP of $121 and is currently on sale for $60.50.

Villeroy & Boch offers a great selection of modern and classic dinnerware place settings, accessories, crystal stemware and gifts- perfect for celebrating casual or traditional occasions. The company is 260 years old and still family owned. Its dinnerware sets the tables of the Pope, crowned royalty, and households of the rich and famous as well as renowned restaurants on every continent.

I was sent a Villeroy & Boch Lasagna Dish to facilitate this review.  No compensation was received and all opinions are 100% my own.

A really good friend of mine uses Villeroy & Bach dishes & bake ware. She has for years and always tries to get me to buy some. She also says you can’t kill it. LOL

Isn’t it nice to have good dishes?
