4 Reasons Why You Need to Visit Muay Thai Training Camps in Thailand

04.03.2014 by Girl on Fire // Leave a Comment

If you want to get the best experience of training Muay Thai, then go where it all started – Thailand. Did you know that Muay Thai has existed for over 400 years and the first written sources about it date from the 16th century? Thais have practiced this sport for decades and it is natural that they have the best Muay Thai training camps such as Suwit muay thai. Besides that, there are several other reasons why you should travel to Thailand and practice Muay Thai there.

1. The way Muay Thai is practiced in Thailand

The things you will learn about Muay Thai in Thailand can’t be learned anywhere else. People often imagine Muay Thai training camps in Thailand like objects that are somewhere deep in the jungle, but the fact is that most of them are in the bigger cities and they are located closely to the many attractions that can be found there. Of course you can visit some isolated camps too but we would recommend you to practice Muay Thai in the cities because trainers there are used to working with foreigners. Remember that training Muay Thai there is intense, usually there are training sessions twice a day and six times a week, so you will notice the first results after one week – you will grow your muscles, lose weight, improve your discipline and clear your mind.

2. Thais are very pleasant

Having that in mind you will feel more comfortable during your stay there. People are very kind and pleasant, they are willing to help you and you won’t feel like a complete stranger while you are there. It is no wonder why they call Thailand – the land of smiles.

3. Thai Cuisine

Thai dishes are worldwide famous. Their food is very delicious. You can eat tasty meat or try some of the exotic fruits and vegetables that can be found on every corner. This will help your diet and help you lose weight.

4. Thai Massage

There is no better way to relax after a long Muay Thai training session other than taking a Thai massage. After 30 minutes you will fresh, happy and ready for another training session in your Muay Thai camp at Suwit muay thai. The best part is that these massages are very cheap.

I would love to be able to travel here and many other places.  Imagine the photos I could take!
