Thing is, the kind she would need are so super expensive that it is way out of our budget. I have been trying to find them for a better price and am looking online to get that price even lower.
Right now I am looking in to 1-800 CONTACTS. They have a lot to offer including everyday disposable contacts. I think having disposable contacts is really important. Especially for a busy teen like her. I remember when I had contacts. I did not have disposable ones and I was always on the go. Half the time I didn’t even make it home to take my contacts out (I was much older than Morgan and lived on my own). I opened myself up for eye infections and that is not a good thing! That is why I am so sold on disposable lenses.
Even though Morgan has beautiful bright blue eyes, she is still wants to browse colored prescription contacts. I too wanted colored contacts when I had them. It was fun to enhance my green eyes. I really am thinking they would be a good birthday gift and 1-800 CONTACTS just may be the way I can make that happen. It helps to know they have excellent customer service ratings. Quick email response and live chat is a huge plus in my book!
They also have what they call a 20/20 GUARANTEE. If you’re not pleased with your order, they will make it right. Even exchanging unopened boxes of previously purchased contact lenses if your prescription changes. Another thing is they will even help schedule eye exams for you!
The biggest sell for me is that they guarantee to beat any price by 2%! So as long as I search for the best deal, I know I can still get it cheaper here! They will also ship orders for free if they are $50+! This will save me even more money.

When I had contacts (I got the lasik surgery a few years back), I found that Sam’s Club actually had them cheapest AND I didn’t have to wait for shipping. And like you I had several different colors because it was fun. I think you look super cute in your glasses IMO 🙂
I get my contacts from my local Walmart! I get an even bigger discount when they have their yearly sale and I stock up! She looks beautiful with glasses or not:)
I got contacts at that age as well. I was sick of wearing glasses, getting made fun of and boys…I wanted a boyfriend. None of them would look at the smart girl with glasses as anything other than the chick they could get to help them with their homework. LOL
Which ones does Morgan need? I had to wear gas permeable because of my astigmatism & lazy eye. They were painful at first.
Now, I do caution you about buying contacts online. They have to be fit precisely or you will have blurred vision & eye irritation.

Ohhhh…I love her glasses. I’m not a contact wearer so not sure where else to look.
I usually ordered mine from 1-800 CONTACTS whenever I didn’t have to pay for them. But now that I no longer have my grandma paying for everything I try to find cheaper contacts. I have astigmatism, so of course that makes everything more expensive. I’ve been looking at Vision Direct, but it won’t find my doctor. So I suppose whenever I go see the eye doctor I’ll go back to 1-800 CONTACTS. Glasses irritate me and break me out =/
