Some of you know that we are working on moving. Our goal is to downsize greatly and save to build our own home. We have rented long enough! We are not getting any younger and the time is now. So in preparation of this, I am going through everything we own. It is crazy how much stuff you can accumulate without even realizing it. Way too much stuff!
I have donated, trashed and sold many things already and there is still too much stuff to keep.
One thing we are swimming in is movies and music. Soooo many movies! You know, some movies are worth keeping. The movies that I could watch again and again. But then there are some that I really would never think of watching again. Not that they were horrible, they were just “eh”. Those do not deserve to take up space in our lives. They need to go.
Oh and let’s not forget the games! Games my kids said they must have, but then after playing a handful of times they were bored and the games were set to the side and never played again.
It’s time to let go, make more space and make more cash! Let it go!!
It will be easy since I can sell DVDs online. I can also sell the CDs as well as the games online! Talk about a time saver! I do not have time to mess with this stuff more than is actually necessary. So being able to do it from the comfort of my office computer is a great thing. I don’t even have to take photos! Just enter a barcode and all the info is there and ready to list. I don’t think anything could be easier than that.
