Want To Be A Super Saver? Follow My Money-Saving Tips!

Money-Saving Tips

Let’s face it: we all hate spending money when we don’t need to! Some folks might consider that a miserly approach to life. But many other people and I think it’s a necessity these days. We all know the cost of living rises each year.

We can’t afford to splash the cash around as much as we did in the past. Especially when our incomes don’t increase to match our ever-growing expenses.

You might not think it, but there are plenty of super-savvy ways to keep costs down. And you don’t have to sacrifice any of life’s little luxuries to do so! Want to know how? Keep reading to find out more!

Use electronic cigarettes instead of traditional ones

Are you a smoker? If so, the idea of giving it up might be a painful one to bear. Millions of people smoke on a regular basis and find it a habit that’s hard to kick. Aside from the obvious health issues with smoking, it’s also an expensive habit.

It’s likely you’ll spend a significant amount of your income on smoking. There is one way you can still puff away without paying a fortune for the habit.

I am, of course, talking about using electronic cigarettes. It’s a cheaper habit to maintain and much better for your health too. Plus, you’ll smell nicer too! Check out e-cigarette-usa.com to see how much you could save.

Upgrade to a greener car

If you drive around in a muscle car, you’re unlikely to give up for something newer. After all: today’s cars have lots of annoying emissions control systems on them, right?

Here’s the thing. If you upgrade to a greener car, you can still enjoy all that horsepower under the hood. You just don’t have to pollute the Earth so much with your driving antics!

Plus, newer engines are more efficient than older ones. What that means is you’ll spend less money on gas and more time on the road. Who said that upgrading to an eco-friendly auto has to be a bad idea?

Get a different cable TV package

If I didn’t have cable TV at home, I think I’d probably die of boredom sometimes! I don’t spend lots of time in front of the box if I can help it. But, there are times where I just want to do nothing but sit in front of the TV and relax after a long day.

Something that many folks don’t realize is their subscriptions cost a lot of money each month. The good news is you can negotiate a better deal. Especially if you choose another provider! cabletelevisionbundles.s9.com is a good site to check out for the latest offers.

Be sure to carry out some Google searches too when your subscription contract is up for renewal.

Get rid of your phone line

Because I spend a lot of my time out and about, I only need to have a cell phone. If that sounds like you, get rid of your landline. If people need to contact you, give them your mobile phone number. There isn’t a particular reason you NEED to have a phone line.

These days it’s just an unnecessary cost. Plus, cell phones are more convenient and often cheaper to have.

Buy your groceries from different stores

Are you one of those people that buy all their groceries from one specific store? If so, it’s time to break the habit and save money! Walmart might be your favorite haunt, but there are plenty of other stores you can use. What’s more, the food and drinks sold elsewhere could save you a lot on your grocery bills each month!

The Internet is a good place to start when comparing prices. I recommend making a list of what you need before you go out. Look online and find the cheapest stores that sell what you have to get.

Take advantage of offers to bulk-buy

Last, but not least, when you do go shopping, look for special offers. It always makes sense to buy things in bulk if they get offered at a discounted rate. Especially when the items are high-value premium products.

One tip I always swear by is to buy lots of frozen food on offer. The cost of buying a chest freezer is low and will help you store lots of items. If you’ve got a large family to feed, it makes even more sense for you to do that on a regular basis.

    Brandy,
Everyone loves to save money. Better in your pocket than someone else’s.

Out or all of the methods mentioned and probably one of the more serious subjects has to be around smoking. The long term savings from not purchasing cigarettes is huge. Benefits on health is huge and you effectively reduce the additional costs of smoking related medical bills.

To put that cost into perspective, a heavy smoker, can regularly smoke in excess of one pack a day. Say, for arguments sake the cost of a pack of cigarettes is $8.00, some places will be less, some will be more. That is 7 packs a week at $56 per week or $2912 a year.

One thing is certain, the price of cigarettes is only going to go up. So quit as soon as possible, start saving the dollars and more so your health, which can’t be valued.

In the true spirit of savings, read our free advice on quitting smoking here. https://kickdit.com/

Save the money you were spending on smokes and reward yourself with a holiday.
    Only seems fair.
    WINNING 🙂
