Merry Christmas and the Wii Kicked my Ass…

12.27.2009 by Girl on Fire // 5 Comments

For Christmas my parents bought the family a Wii!  Rad!  I bought Wii Fit Plus with Balance Board
to put under the tree to go along with it.  The Wii we got had the Wii Sports and a lot of fun stuff.  The Wii fit seems to give me a better workout that Curves did.  The downer…the J-Man and I are broken!  Between Boxing and Bowling my body and his are both achy all over.  Apparently I am using muscles I never knew existed!  The good news, this will totally help me with my pain.  I just have to get use to moving those muscles again.

The girls had a great Christmas and got everything they wanted!  We also had the rare occurrence of a White Christmas!  This is definitely not the norm for us here.  It began snowing Christmas Eve and I prayed that it would stick.  It did!  We woke up Christmas morning to white snow everywhere!  I knew better than to leave the house though.  These people in Texas sure can’t drive in ice and snow!  Hmph and they talk about us northerners being bad drivers….whatever!
