As of April 13th, 2011 the Houston area Krogers will no longer double or triple coupons! That sucks and I hope this isn’t going to be a spreading trend!
The official new coupon policy has yet to be released, but Kroger has announced the change Greater Houston area Kroger coupon policy change.
Some of the highlights from the link above:
- Kroger will no longer double or triple coupons in Houston as of April 13th, 2011.
- Kroger will no longer allow coupon stacking of one electronic coupon and one printer manufacturer coupon per item.
- Coupons will be accepted at face value.
- Kroger does reserve the right to choose to bring back coupon doubling / tripling as a special event, but it will no longer be an everyday policy.
- The Fuel Rewards, Generic Drug Pricing, Senior Discount, and Win Pick 6 money saving programs will continue.
- Loyal Customer Mailings will continue to include coupons.
- A new savings program is in the works.
