Keeping our Kids Safe!

12.19.2015 by Girl on Fire // Leave a Comment

We live in a crazed world. People are not always who they pretend to be and that can be scary and dangerous.  So how do you choose the right person to provide care for your children?  We need to raise our efforts on keeping our kids safe!  The person that seems like a dream in your interview could very well be hiding a dark secret that could affect the safety of your family.

You hear horror stories all of the time, daily really.  It’s sad, but we have got to be proactive in raising the safety standards of our families.  One way to do this is to do background checks on anyone that will be spending time alone with your children!

A background check on a new employee is very important when it comes to your kids and your home.  A company like Global Investigations can do this for you.

I am in involved with our Jr. Roller Derby locally.  In order for anyone to have time with the kids to train or travel with them, we must have background checks done.  Same thing goes for scouting, so, of course, you should do it for your sitter and nanny prospects as well.
