Jooners, Organize your Events! #Review #Giveaway

01.03.2013 by Girl on Fire // 4 Comments

I was recently provided the opportunity to review Jooners.  I had never heard of it before.  It is an online signup sheet designed to streamline social event planning.  I received a premium membership and courtesy swag but the opinions in this review are 100% mine.

Ok, this site is fantastic!  If you have ever tried to coordinate an event, get sign-ups, volunteers, etc…you know how hard and time consuming it can be.  Having to keep track of everything is made easy with Jooners.

Jooners online sign up sheets help you coordinate like a pro!testimonial1

What can I use Jooners for?

Any time you are organizing a group of more than 2 people, you should consider Jooners! Our online sign up sheets help you and your participants get on the same page without a ton of back and forth emails and reply-alls. Just like a paper sign up sheet, Jooners online sign up sheets lists items, jobs, times etc. for participants to select and sign up for.

I used it to set up a volunteer/donation form for the animal shelter. I made the form and simply shared it on Facebook so that others could sign up for a task. It was easy.  It also handles Automatic Reminders as well as Personalized Thank You Notes!  I listed items needed by the shelter and people were able to sign up next to the item they could help provide.  I can see how this could be very helpful in many different situations.jooner1 copy

Do you have a friend getting ready to have a baby?  Someone having surgery?  You can easily use Jooners to make meal sign up sheets and schedules!  Or, maybe you are team mom, or room mom…think of the possibilities!  Scouting?  What about signups for hosting your crating get togethers.  There are so many things you can use this for, church potluck anyone?  BBQ at the park?  We have several holidays coming up, take the stress out of doing it on your own and let people sign up for a task.jooner2

From your dashboard, you can easily share on social media pages such as Facebook   I do wish there was an option to allow social sharing on the actual sign up page.  That would be great for fundraiser events so that more people can get involved.  Maybe they will add that as an option so that you can choose to allow if you would like your sign up sheet shared or not.

Coordinate a social activity from a gift exchange to a potluck or a volunteer signup.

The site is extremely easy to use and I will be using it again to organize a fundraiser for the animal shelter.  I am going to suggest it to the league I am with for use with events as well.  So much easier to have it all in one place.

Jooners basic memberships are free!  Read on to enter and win a PREMIUM membership worth $49.95!

Oh this is PERFECT! My friend is about to have a baby, this month, and we’ve already started sending meals, because her family is also going through two members with cancer right now (such a sad situation!). We can definitely use this site to help coordinate! Thank you for sharing!

I don’t know about you, but we always use Glad at our house.  This is one area that I do not skimp on.  Sure, in the past I have tried other bags…always a huge fail with a lot of heartache caused by nasty messes!  I love the Glad ForceFlex Tall Kitchen bags for use in […]
