    That commercial makes no sense.
    All light bulbs have advantages for different uses

    Even if that was not so:
    New ones better and therefore bought = no point banning old ones
    Old ones better and therefore bought = no point banning old ones
    The supposed savings are not there anyway, “How regulataions are
