I’m Such a Photo Printing Slacker

10.26.2009 by Girl on Fire // 3 Comments

I have photos everywhere of my oldest daughter Morgan.   You know, back when you actually had to go get them developed and you could put them in albums and frame them.   Now my younger girls are starting to notice that Morgan is everywhere in photos and they only see photos of themselves online.  I suck!

I have thousands of photos of my girls…on the computers.  Some of them I even managed to move to discs.  Printing them…FAIL.  I am starting to feel really crappy and I need to take care of this.  What if all the computers died and all the pictures got lost forever.  There would be no history of my little girls.  I suck.  I suck.

Look at this awesome Halloween photo from several years back, did I print it?  Uh, no.  I suck.  I suck.  I suck.

MOrgan Scary!!!

I think I am going to check out the photo books from Shutterfly and get myself inline!  they have an awesome deal running right now.  10/26-10/28 Buy one, save 50% on one additional photo book!

Check out the JuiceBox Jungle video in my sidebar for some great info on family photographs!

You are not alone. Everyone I talk to, old and young! With the first, somehow there is more time for the albums, the next, your doing more of everything to take care of the kids and the house, work etc. You are still taking pics but they stay in the photo envelopes from getting them developed, (the old fashion way) and now they are on the computer or still on the digital. Just waiting for us to put them in albums or frames. Why do the men not help with this? They have more free time. They could get them printed then sit on the floor while they watch wrestling, boxing, football, nascar or whatever and fill those albums.
