I Used To Not Be A Beer Drinker, Then That Changed

Nothing is better on a hot summer day than a nice ice-cold beer! Now, I am talking ICE cold! Preferably in a chilled mug with a wedge of lime!

I seriously used to hate beer, I thought it was so nasty and teased people for drinking it even. I have always been more of a liquor girl and will choose a whiskey and coke over a beer any day.

But that is more of a going out drink, rather than a sitting around the pool drink honestly. No one really wants whiskey burning their throat when it’s 100 plus degrees out!

There are so many different kinds of beers too, so it’s hard for anyone to say they don’t like beer because it varies so much in flavor! There are light refreshing beers, dark beers, ales, and so much more!

There are cheap beers, fancy beers, and everything in-between as well. I personally don’t mind a cheap beer, but it’s nice to splurge every once in a while.

I think the only bad kind of beer has to be a warm one! I mean… EW! I don’t even like it when I am drinking my beer too slow and it starts getting even slightly warm! I started drinking my beers way too fast for a while and I didn’t even enjoy them because they kept getting warm too fast.

To solve my issue I finally decided to invest in a few beer cozy’s and it was the best decision ever! I personally love this Neoprene one because I tend to lean more towards bottled beers.

Are you craving a beer yet!? I know I am! I’m really hoping to try some of the seasonal fall beers coming out this year! I usually just stick to normal traditional beers, but I am a sucker for all things fall and obviously beer is now included in that!

I mean… now I can have pumpkin pie, pumpkin spice lattes, pumpkin cheesecake ice cream, pumpkin candles, and now pumpkin beer!!! I am so excited that I cannot even put it into words!

But for normal beers, I definitely have some favorites! I think my first choice is a Corona with a wedge of lime! Miller High life is amazing and Melvin Brewing has some pretty great choices as well!
