I Got My Hairs Cut!

07.18.2010 by Girl on Fire // 8 Comments

I used to always wear it short and then decided to grow it out since it had not been long in many many years. It was ok for a bit. Then I got in this rut of clipping it up all the time.

My friend Stephanie told me it made me look like an old haggard biker woman.  I’m not sure if those were exact words, but it was something pretty close.  So after she said that I let her cut my hair a little.  Then that grew out and it was back in the clip.

This time though…it isn’t clipable anymore!

The only way I can backslide into haggard would be to succumb to the headband.  Not the cute with bangs headband, but pushing it all back out of pure laziness headband!

I wanted to take it slow and easy, but now that it’s this short I am most definitely ready to go shorter.  I totally feel like I look younger now, that’s a plus!  I know I look tired in the photo.   I am very tired.  Like all the time.  Sucks.

I love it!! It looks great on you Mama! And yes, I understand the tired feeling. I’ve kept saying to myself I am going to grow my hair out but I never do. I need a haircut now that I think about it.

That is super cute! I tried the long hair thing too and while it was easy to clip up and get out of the way, I really looked sloppy all the time and went back to a short bob.

    Cute, sweets!
I bet it feels cooler too. I am tempted to cut mine too.. I just had it permed in big ol loopy curls, so it looks like I actually have some hair & it stays in a clip! it is fine & thin… so talk about looking haggard! with big white swatches in front and all kinds of colors where ever.. I am a rainbow…LOL.. so I may get it some cut off & color it!
    thinking…

Love it Brandy. I love it when my hair is cut short, it’s cooler and so much easier to manage.
