How It’s Going With Member’s Mark 4X Probiotic #Digestive Health

09.11.2011 by Girl on Fire // 1 Comment

I have been taking the Member’s Mark 4X Probiotic that I told you about.  I just wanted to give an update on how things have been going with it.

Tummy issues have definitely improved! I am sure as I continue using it that it will improve even more.

Apparently I was wrong about not getting probiotics with Raw Foods.  I’ve done more research on that.  So disregard what I said in my previous post.  You do still get some.  BUT, since a raw foods diet is full of vitamins, enzymes, minerals, and nutrients you have to have proper digestion!  This is why I needed to add probiotics.

I feel like I am processing my foods better!  I have had less bloating and gas.  I know…TMI but I have to be honest!  Raw foods take awhile for your body to get used to again.  Our bodies have to re-learn what they were originally set up to do, which is process foods properly.  I am not a doctor, nor a nutrition expert.  I am just telling you my own experiences.

Overall I am happy with the addition of Member’s Mark 4x Probiotic and will continue it as a part of my daily diet.  You can buy it at Sam’s Club and also learn more about Probiotics by visiting http://digestivehealthfor.me/.

I love it – that is really interesting. I know whenever my husband tries to eat more fruits and veggies his stomach feels awful because, like you said; it has to remember what it was designed to do. He definitely needs these!!
