Homeschool Kids Have Prom!

Every time someone finds out that the girls homeschool, the first thing they ask me is “What about socialization?” or “What about sports?” sometimes even “What about Prom?”!  Seriously, my girls do not live in a bubble!

My kids are well socialized!  I do have one very shy girl, but that has nothing to do with homeschooling.  My girls can have conversations with people of all ages and enjoy spending time with all ages.

Sports?  The girls play Roller Derby!  How much more sporty can you get?  They have also played basketball, volleyball and softball.  Sports are not only for kids that go to school!

Oh and prom?  Guess what, they even have homeschool prom!  In fact Morgan could go to homeschool prom this year and is still trying to decide if she wants to.  If she does then that is great, if not…no pressure.  But we have been looking at prom dress from places like JenJenHouse.com.  They have a pretty great selection of affordable prom dresses here: http://www.jenjenhouse.com/Prom-Dresses-c18/

Homeschool prom does have more rules than regular prom and modest dresses are part of it.  Some of the dresses I have seen in the stores are not modest at all, that is why I am glad that there are plenty of modest dresses in this online dress shop!
