I’ve got to admit, I have Sam’s Club on the brain, I was there today even. I have been spending a lot of time on the new Holidays Made Simple site. I love all of the resources it offers for my mom damaged brain.

I prefer ham because it’s more juicy than turkey. I saw this recipe for Roasted Fresh Ham with Cider Glaze on the Food Network website and I’m dying to try it.

The Cheesecake Factory’s original 9 inch cheesecake. I didn’t know Sam’s was carrying this item, so I’ll definitely have to check it out the next time I go to Sam’s.

I think I’d like to try the 10″ chocolate dream pie. I was listening to the radio the other day and they were talking about that pie. They had seen the picture on the cover and the one said she thought about it all day. Someone brought one in for them and they said it was delicious. It does look good. I’ve had pies and cakes from Sam’s Club before and they have always been very good.
The Spiced Apple Pork Loin sounds very good. I’d love to serve that.
