Well our Halloween started off on a sad note…I had to drop Molly off at the vet for her surgery at 7:30 am. Thankfully around noon the vet called saying Molly had just woke up for surgery and that she was doing great. They had thought she would need an over night stay, but after her surgery they said I could get her at 4:30 pm and that she could recover at home with us. That made me happy! I was so worried about her!
So we spent the day getting ready for a fun Halloween! First we headed to our Town’s Trunk or Treat. It was a bit too crowded for my families taste. It started at 4 pm and we spent about 20 minutes there before heading to the vet to get Molly. We were ready to leave there in a hurry, so 20 minutes was plenty of time!
Once at the vet’s the doctor came out holding my itty bitty Molly. Molly was so happy to see us! The vet said she is a tough little 3 lb dog and took surgery like a champ! The doctor snapped a quick pic of all of my girls together to post to their Facebook page for Halloween.

If you are in the area, this is the best vet’s office ever! From the moment you walk in the door you will know this is a place that will care about your pets.
Once home we got Molly settled in and waited for it to get dark. Imagine my surprise when trick or treaters started showing up before 5 pm. This is not how Halloween works people! Also, hardly anyone was in any sort of costume at all. It made me kind of sad to see teens walking around in regular clothing…with candy bags. Again, this is not how Halloween works!
Here are a few pictures of my spooky cute Halloween girls!
I hope you all had a wonderful Halloween!
