Different Gifts For Your Son’s Birthday

02.17.2017 by Girl on Fire // 1 Comment

Gifts for your Son on his Birthday

Whatever happens in life, you will always have to buy your son something for his birthday, it will never change. But thinking of something can be a chore, regardless of what age there are it can always be tough to try and get them something different and unique. It isn’t nice when you feel like you are simply buying them the same things over and over again. This quick read guide can help, some are applicable for all ages, some only for younger or older ages. They can give you the inspiration and ideas you need to get something different and something they will certainly enjoy.

Outdoor Transport

Gifts for your Son

It can be fun to zip around on a skateboard. Get them something you know they will certainly use, or something different for them to try like scooters or inline skates. They can take it off to the local skate park or give it a go in the street, whatever they do it will be money well spent and help get them outside for some much needed fresh air. Just be sure to buy them a helmet to go with everything or they could end up getting hurt and make sure they know how to use the gift properly before you take them to somewhere like a lake or they could overshoot and fall in.

Virtual Reality

Items like the playstation VR or the oculus rift are pioneering the gaming industry at the moment and if they enjoy gaming this could be a stellar gift to make you the hero of the house. You can really make some awesome memories with this as it literally drops you into the game. Horror games are super immersive and racing games make you feel like you are actually in the driver’s seat. Sure, it can be expensive because there are other add ons you need to ensure it can properly work but boy what a gift. Don’t forget a game to go with the gift so they can get started right away on their birthday. If they already have virtual reality, then there are a glut of gaming accessories you can choose from to make their experiences better.

Ancestry Tester Kit

If your boy is a bit of a history buff then this is certainly for you. All you do is send a swab of saliva in the post and they test it for DNA test. When you get the return he can see exactly where he is from, with a few surprises thrown in for good measure. Knowing where you are from is an awesome gift for a history buff, as they can trace their ancestry back to areas where significant historical events occurred. With this you can use an ancestry tracker to work out what your son’s and indeed your own ancestry line was like. You can find out through national records what your ancestors did. Linking your ancestors with history is incredibly fun, and knowing where you came from satisfying.
