When you think of Arm & Hammer Baking Soda you most likely think about cleaning or making your refrigerator smell better. I know I did, until recently that is.
I have always used Arm & Hammer Baking Soda to strip hair product build up off of my hair though. I actually took a cosmetology class in Jr. High. It was a special class held after school. I remember they taught us you could combine Shampoo and baking soda together and use it to strip off all that Aqua-net All-Weather Hairspray that we all used to use back then. It would pull off all those clumps of hairspray so you could start all over again.
Other than that I have used it for acid reflux quite often. If you ever need to be in a burping contest, a glass of water with Arm & Hammer Baking Soda dissolved in it will make sure you are the winner!
Did you know that Arm & Hammer is a great cheap way to boost your beauty without depleting your wallet? During this blog tour I have learned so much more about Arm & Hammer Baking Soda…way beyond just cleaning! Countless uses under a $1 makes this a must have product!
Check out these great beauty uses for Arm & Hammer:
Facial Scrub and Body Exfoliant:
Make a paste of 3 parts Arm & Hammer Baking Soda to 1 part water. Rub in a gentle circular motion to exfoliate and remove dead skin cells. Rinse clean. This is gentle enough to use daily!
Soothing Bath Soak:
Add 1/2 Cup Arm & Hammer Baking Soda to your bath for Silky Skin!
Whiter Teeth:
Just pour some Arm & Hammer Baking Soda into your hand. Wet your toothbrush and dip it in. Brush as you normally would and then rinse well.
Natural Deodorant:
Dust Arm & Hammer Baking Soda under your arms for a natural deodorant. This actually absorbs the odors instead of covering them up.
